Finding yourself in a poor job fit situation can lead to a variety of health issues including increased anxiety and stress. These factors can contribute to longer term health consequences such as hypertension, cancers, and anxiety disorders. Being in a situation where your job is a good fit will make you feel energized, productive, and fulfilled. Knowing how your personality plays a role in what types of employment will work best for you is invaluable. As part of my overall wellbeing package, we can discuss these personality traits and how to work toward building on your strengths. In addition, we will customize a workout package that will help you maximize the benefits from your workout routines. Together, we’ll optimize your strengths and your health so that you can enjoy an increased sense of overall...
