Private, Personal Training is made Easy by Exercise and Fitness Consultant Christy Schell

All it takes is a phone call or email, and you are on your way to the new you. Here’s the drill:

  • Consultation

Brief meeting to discuss goals, ID likes and dislikes for exercise and scheduling.Healthcare/lifestyle questionnaire turned in and waiver signed

  • Initial Session

Complete Biometric Measurements taken

Proper form discussed

Complete workout

  • Workout Session

Warm-up, total body workout (various equipment and/or bodyweight), cool-down stretch

Each session includes a full-body, multi-functional fitness and training workout, mostly at a higher intensity than your comfort level in order for you to reach greater fitness gains in a shorter amount of time. Each session is tailored to meet your goals and fitness level. Then, it will be redesigned as your body changes contour as it responds to exercise.

Wear comfortable clothing and appropriate shoes; bring a bottle of water and a towel or mat. Let’s get started!
